Military Counseling

Have you tried everything in your power to make things better?
Are you looking for Counseling?

If you’re feeling anxious or depressed, these feelings can be so overwhelming that it feels like your options are limited or even like there is no way out. These feelings can make it tough to function and enjoy life like you once did.

Seeking counseling can be a difficult process, but talking to a professional can help you gain understanding and find effective ways to cope with your feelings. We will help you by teaching you skills and techniques that could help you identify the thoughts and perceptions that cause you to feel down and change them once and for all. We will help you feel understood, comfortable, safe, and most importantly feel like someone cares.

We will work with you to find positive outcomes to your difficulties in order to live a more fulfilling life feeling good about yourself and your future.

Ana Aluisy is a veteran and wants to help other veterans and their families overcome the difficulties that may be limiting their life. She currently works with The Camaraderie Foundation, an organization that offers counseling scholarships to military service members (or immediate family members) that actively served after September 11, 2001.

Don’t go through this alone. Schedule your appointment today.

Here is what clients have to say….

“I want to really thank you for working with me. I feel like I can see a path that will work better for me than the one I’ve been on. When I finally listened to you tell me that I will always be like this and need to work on ways to deal with it, I felt like a weight was lifted. I’ve been practicing the mindfulness, and I’m still doing the homework of labeling my thoughts. Occasionally, I even write the situations down. 🙂 Thanks again for helping me “see the light.””– D

“After visiting Ana, I felt truly liberated to express my feelings, and thoughts. It was challenging at first, but so worth it in the end. Going to therapy has made me a better communicator, girlfriend, and more importantly a better ME, and I can’t express my gratitude enough.” – B
